Therapist was friendly, helpful and competent but service slower than expected. Lack of space in shop which means clients are too close to each other. Concern about hygiene of implements - do they get sterilised after each use? Furnishings in store are held together with tape in places. Won't be using again

A quick eyebrow threading to tidy up my brows. Therapist was very quick rather than thorough. As an emergency place to go, Malika was fine - and clearly popular, as it was busy when I went.
