I booked in for the Ren 5 phase facial which lasts 1 hour 15 and costs £70. When I arrived they said they don’t do REN but would I be ok with a different brand. I agreed. She gave me a half an hour facial for the same price, but hadn’t explained beforehand that would be the case. I was really disappointed.
