As I was running really late (40min in the end) they stil made sure I could have my treatment and gave me a glass of water as soon as I arrived as I was a bit stressed.

One of the worst waxes I have ever had. The wax was too hot, the waxer didn't seem to care and the overall finish is not good with not enough having been removed. I also left with lots of wax on my skin. I had had a good wax here before but unfortunately due to this experience I wouldn't return.
