The staff are very friendly. I had Bikini waxing but when I got home I realised I had to go over it agsin myself as bits had been missed.

I got a hot wax treatment, which was quick and relatively pain-free. However, the room was very cramped, smelt quite strongly of cleaning fluid or some other chemical, and was lit by glaring spotlights on the ceiling. There was some music, but it did not conceal the loud buzzing noise of an electric fan. The staff were not particularly friendly when I arrived; my waxer was perfectly polite during the treatment and one beautician did chat to me briefly as I left, but the others, including my waxer, sat in reception talking to each other and did not acknowledge me. Overall, the experience was quick and pretty good value for money, but not a very relaxing atmosphere.
