Really convenient location. The lady who did my waxing was lovely and put me at ease as I was it bit nervous.it being my first time! Only negative was my booking wasn't checked first so I ended up having more expensive treatments than I expected (But still exactly what I wanted)

I thought I lost my loyalty card and was given a replacement one with only one step. Following the appointment I found my previous card. Might have been nice to been asked and given a like for like replacement.
