The treatment was good but the ambience wasn’t great and it wasn’t a relaxing experience. I called to say I was running 10 minutes late and asked if I should reschedule, they confirmed that I was good to come. When I got there I wasn’t seen for 5 minutes and then was rushed in and told to hurry as they were closing soon. That wasn’t great and wasn’t relaxing, however, the quality of the treatment was good.

Threading was good by ambience budget and frankly awful. I had a gel mani where they don’t even have tables so you have your nails done in your lap on a towel. Nails not great either. Essentially... ok for threading but absolutely do not bother for gels. Much nicer places out there which cost less.
