Had to wait for 20+ minutes before the treatment as they were either short staffed or hadn't realised that there was another booking. Not much ambience but the treatment was good. It was definitely not an hour though. Overall, price was good and so was the treatment.

Was not happy as booked early in the week, received confirmation via text and email, traveled all the way from Essex then when arrived I was told they could not do my facial as the lady due to do it was not in. They advised someone should have called but nobody did - no apology given either - bad customer service.
