Had a gel polish before but this experience was something else. I had to sit in the waiting section and the lady that served me stood up and started removing my gel nail polish then took me over and did a rushed job as she was keen to see to another client who neeeded threading. Service is usually OK but today everything from treatment to service was poor. And then they tried to overcharge me but luckily I had my proof I'd book via treatwell.
