She applied the nail polish too thick so it dried with air bubbles and overall doesn’t look good. Overpriced for the salon quality.

The staff are always charming and efficient. However having the rear door open (as it sometimes is) to the ugly utilitarian underground corridor does not add to relaxation or the ambience of the salon.

Really happy with my nails but the place seemed a bit dirty and quite untidy. I also found it strange that there were no counters, she did my nails on my lap essentially. Not very relaxing.

Staff weren’t very friendly when I arrived. The beautician didn’t explain the process while she was doing it and I think I was given a lash perm rather than LVL as they’re more curled than I wanted. She also didn’t put shields below my lower eyelashes and I was worried the solution would get in my eyes. The music was also very loud and off-putting. Wouldn’t go back.
