Didn't complete wax, didn't do top half which I didn't notice in shop but when paying £39 you expect it to be done properly.

This treatment is not salon level microdermabrasion they don’t use a diamond tip microdermabrasion machine they use a machine that has a tip that feels like sand paper on the skin. It smooths the skin but is painful and caused unnecessary trauma. After the treatment my skin burned and was swollen. The person who does it is not an aesthetician, before the treatment started there’s was no discussion about my skin type or what I wanted, what I used or anything. She also put something on initially which burned and I had to ask what it was and then she explained. The room that the treatment was done in, in atrocious it’s so small you can open the door without moving the treatment bed. Do not go here. Save your money. Get a Groupon or something. DO NOT GET MICRODERMABRASION HERE. IT IS MOT MICRODERMABRASION. My skin now has tiny scars from the sand paper that was used on my skin and I hope it will get away.
