Place was being done up so smelt strongly of chemicals and staff were cursory. The actual treatment was excellent and incredibly fast but the experience was average.

The treatment room was very small and pokey, didn’t look overly clean. A lot of equipment squashed in. Two ladies completed my wax, barely spoke to me but happily chatted to each other. I won’t be going back
