Inexperienced staff member threaded my brows. Eyebrows ended up looking worse than when I came in. Got another staff member to do my eyebrows after, but the damage had been done. £15 wasted! Gonna stick to my local salons that charge a lot less.

Friendly salon and reasonably priced. My lashes bent a bit hours after the treatment, but I’ve only had LVL done 1-2 times when this didn’t happen due to long thin lashes I think, so probably doesn’t reflect on salon.
