Organised a Brazilian wax, as my hair was too fine we switched to a high bikini. I was then charged more when I asked to do my lower buttocks, even though the area I’d ask for was less than paid for. Check pricing before doing.

My therapist was lovely. She focussed on where I needed the treatment most (neck and base of skull) and there was a glass of water waiting for me when my treatment finished.
The treatment could have been better if it was done on a massage chair so you are supported when leaning forward, or on a bed in a treatment room. I found myself hunching forward during the treatment to allow her access to the neck area, which was uncomfortable.
For this sort of price and in central London, I would expect proper equipment and to be treated in an area away from public footfall to be able to properly relax and enjoy the treatment.

Salon had clearly overbooked. Rather than sitting at a table I had to sit knee to knee with the therapist and have my manicure on my lap 😕
