Staff wasn’t the most welcoming and didn’t seem at all experienced with lash extensions. The extensions themselves barely look like I’ve done anything with my lashes either volume or length wise and I asked for more length and fullness. They look ok but might as well just have spent 10£ on a decent mascara rather than 100£ and two hours of my life on them. I asked them to do my eyebrows too and when paying they tried charging me for both that and what I had already paid for on Treatwell which I overheard them do with another client before. I will not go back here again.
