The treatment room had wax all over the floor, and was really cramped. The woman who did my wax was fairly rude and didn’t really make any attempt to make me feel comfortable. There are a lot of stray hairs left and my bikini line is still red the next day - which is not normal for me. Expected much more from a salon in this location and price range.

Very quick and efficient. My shellac was quite difficult to take off (I got it done somewhere else) and my beauty therapist tried to make sure my nails weren't damaged which I appreciated!
