Staff were lovely and the gel manicure was great! Was a bit strange having my nails done on my lap in the threading chair, but overall experience was good as ideal location from work.

I booked this treatment the day before online. I chose the hot waxing options for bikini and leg. The menu of options for waxing was out of date and I got a call from the salon late in the day (after the 24hour cancellation period had ended) to tell me to change the booking via Treatwell because they only offer strip waxing for full legs, not hot waxing. I was unable to amend the booking and if I cancelled it, I would have been outside the cancellation agreement. I called Treatwell who agreed to refund the difference (circa £35) and I’m still waiting for my money back.
The experience was chaotic and through using Treatwell, much more expensive.
