Disappointed with my experience. When I arrived it felt like a bit of an inconvenience that I was there. It does feel a bit makeshift having it all done on your lap, just lacks that professional feel and the experience of getting your nails done is lost. Also not impressed with the quality of the finish. It’s quite messy around the edges and it is thin near the cuticles.
I think I’ll stick with the better and less expensive nail bar nearer home.

Staff not very welcoming. Facilities not very clean and messy. Wax applied to very large areas and removal slow and painful. I had to complain and clarify to remove the wax quickly to have less pain. At the end the beautician left the room and left the door wide open with myself half naked inside. Overall not great experience and expensive for the service provided.

Manicure was ok, staff very polite, hovewer the salon requires a refurbishment, it is maintained very poorly, so it wasn't nice experience. I won't come back there.
