Very fast. The therapist used the wax on a few large surface areas rather than smaller ones which really hurt when she ripped them off ... Would not recommend

It's a bustling and busy atmosphere. It could have been more spacious, with some more quieter music. My treatment was done in a rush and in their waiting area which I thought was good service for the customer as they did not want to make me wait too long. However I still had residue on my nails so the finishing could have been done better. I only needed removal but it could have been done better.
