Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There are no dedicated tables for manicure, you have to sit there with no back support as leaning forward and with your hands on your knees. Actually quite suffering rather than relaxing. I think I still have back pain from that manicure experience. The wall next to you is horrible and the paint is coming off. The technician couldn’t do proper cuticle work, explaining that my skin is too sensitive. Well, I have been doing manicure in my usual place on biweekly basis and there were no issues there.
All the staff constantly distracted and talking between themselves front of the clients. The OPI nail polish they actually suggested themselves appeared to be empty after she has done 2.5 nails. After discussing the issue with the whole team, they brought Esse in a similar colour, and she started painted over the old colour, that’s where I asked her to stop and remove the previous colour. She has done that, painted all nails and took picture for herself as she thought it was an amazing job! o Well, it looked ok, I went to the nearest coffee to shop to wait for the colour to dry out, after 53 mins it was still not properly dry and looked horrible due to the polish being too thick.
Horrible place, awful service, off putting experience, back pain for your own money, and no apologies! Can’t believe this can actually cost 25 pounds! What a waste! The payment was taken very quickly upfront, here they are at their best when comes to money! Actually very concerned, it doesn’t look clean and she has cut my cuticle. This place really needs to be checked by relevant authorities.

The team were friendly and accommodating - I was able to tack on a last-minute manicure to my visit. The wax was done expertly and with minimal pain! Would recommend and return.

Really pleased with the results of my gel manicure I had at Malika. I was a little bit unsure of it when I first arrived, it seemed a little chaotic and I was confused that I wasn’t sat at a table - never had that when having nails done before!
However, the staff were lovely, really professional and kind. They did a fantastic job on my nails and I would definitely go back there. Thank you!
