This was the worst manicure I have ever had. The lady made three of my nail beds bleed...and did even apologise. I've never had that happen before. The towel she used was filthy and so was the nail bath she used to soften my cuticles. The whole place is dirty, I was quite shocked given it is located in One New Change. I paid £25, which was a massive rip off. Don't go here. I won't go back for sure.
