Truly awful. Appointment was rearranged by the salon at the last minute due to personal commitments. Gave them the benefit of the doubt but they weren’t even ready when I got there. Didn’t have the first colour I chose in stock. No manicurist tables but just done off my lap. The manicurist cut my finger when doing the cuticles and just carried on. Meant there was blood going into the polishes that will then be reused on others. Not very hygienic. Dread to think whether this has happened previously and if the blood of other customers is already in the polishes. Actual finish wasn’t good either. Already chipping after two days and filed very poorly. Very expensive for what it was and can’t see why this was more than the normal gel mani as it was done in less than half an hour.
