I had Jaya do my eyelashes and she was probably the only professional person in the salon. Her colleagues were the opposite and sadly because of them, I will NOT be visiting again. They are intimidating and have absolutely no idea how uncomfortable they made the atmosphere. They did not have the correct sizing of medium for both my eyes so Jaya had to make do with doing one LVL on each eye which was time consuming. A colleague opposite her was neither helpful or pleasant. I had some of my therapists tools resting on my towel placed on my chest and her colleague went to borrow the same tools which were being used on my eyes on her client!! (no idea if it was even clean?!). After using it, she actually chucked it back on my chest as if I was a table! I was horrified!!! The salon was busy, and whilst I had a sharp object separating my lashes her colleagues seemed to be absolutely unaware of the risks of them walking past us with such a small space between the therapist doing my eyelashes and the wall - she nudged her SO many times and so I felt the sharp object coming closer to my eye!! I told her she needed to tell them to be careful because they could have poked my eye out. She was calm and then swivelled me around thinking that would be the answer and low and behold when her colleagues walked past they nudged my legs. Whilst having both eyes shut, I honestly could feel my heart pumping through my head with fear and panic. I did not feel relaxed. They all also speak in various languages and most of which I understood. They sounded SO unprofessional, one of the managers came out and asked them who had broken something and it all went quiet. It was a horrible atmosphere and she kept saying “don’t act like you’re all good people” (in her language which I understood). I will not be going here again, shame because Jaya seemed like the only decent employee and I’d rate her 5 stars alone.
