I am a client since 2017 and recently I had two problems with this salon:
-Olaplex treatment: it is £60 treatment. I know well that step no2 is not an optional step. Recently I would have it left on for 5min, next time - 1min, the last time - no step 2!
-Payment: This is a long story but a lady charged me as I had very long hair (it was on my appointment) which I don't and she was arguing, Also they charged me for a blow-dry which was just straight hair. A lady justified "she used a brush".

She didn'tuse water to clean the face before or after the treatment, never had that before maybe a new thing not sure. Wasn't really happy, they test your temp and ask you to wear a mask until you get in, you remove the mask, they're not even wearing the masks properly and at one point they had removed their masks and didn't even care for anything.
