This was my first visit and I was delighted with Arta’s hairdressing skills and how she made me very welcome and comfortable. I immediately trusted her judgement and advice.
My only issue was the lack of welcome when I arrived, a nicer welcome would have made the experience even better. I also hope the PPE gloves will not be necessary soon!
All in all an excellent haircut and blow dry and relaxing atmosphere. I would highly recommend and definitely will be going back.

The staff were all covid-aware and safe. Marta was very sweet, and an absolute genius! I expalined that I wanted to grow out my dyed hair, but also blend the very obvious root line that was growing out. Marta listened carefully to what I wanted and explained what she was going to do to check that sounded right - and my hair looks better than I'd imagined!

Loved to see you could check in with the NHS app and that proper measures were in place (including wearing masks throughout).
