I barely leave reviews as I generally love coming to this nail salon and feel like I have now learnt my lesson and will only book an appointment with experienced nail technicians. However, the girl who did my manicure filed some skin off/cut me on multiple fingers, took almost 1.5 hours to complete my appointment, and left my nails slightly grainy and mid-shaped. I should have said sth on the spot but would highly recommend training her properly before putting her in front of customers again.
