I’ve been a regular customer of this salon for years. It’s expensive but I’ve always found the quality of the service to be worth it. Unfortunately it appears all of the staff have changed and inexperienced staff have been hired instead. My shellac appointment took 1:45 hours, the technician cut me, the finish is poor, I had to ask to get three nails re-done as the polish was clumpy and about a week in the polish is already lifting off. Has ruined the salon for me
