Booked a cut with blow dry, full head colour, olaplex and toner, all with senior stylist on the same day, paid online £105. After agreeing to reschedule colour to the next day, as I didn’t have skin test done there, I had to pay extra £44 as the staff told me I received a blow dry for which I didn’t pay. Where does on the price list it says it costs £44 for a blow dry? After asking what I’m paying for, I got told I’m paying for either toner, olaplex or blow dry, who knows, but I paid all online

My experience was really good walked in the shop and everyone was happy and smiling only waited about 3 minutes and then straighten I only had my chin and Hollywood wax but but the lady who did my waxing also done my eyebrows for me fantastic draw my eyebrows best job I've ever had and fantastic Hollywood wax and chin congratulations to this lady she's very good
