I needed a complete balyage refresh which took always takes hours as I have long thick hair but Danielle was patient, informative and didn’t mind that I was horribly boring and sat working on my laptop the entire time! The only thing was due to the mess that the process can cause, she wore rubber gloves when applying the dye and bleach to stop her hands getting covered in colour - these pulled my hair quite considerably so maybe some other material gloves next time? ☺️
