Was initially concerned as they were falling behind and didn't seem like they were going to fit me in - they rang me to see if I could come back at an alternate time, which I couldn't due to my schedule. When I arrived, the guy was really going at the girl before me, so I was concerned as to what he would be like with my hair. Never seen a blow dry quite like it before! The end result was quite alright though, I have to admit. The haircut is what I asked for. Even though I waited for about 20 minutes after my appointment, he still finished within the hour. Not the most personable of people to be honest. Didn't ask to take my jacket etc. Some small talk, but need to work on their front of house to put customers at ease or get return custom. I wouldn't go there again. The place is a bit mismatched. No real vibe. I just thought I'd try somewhere new out on the off chance before going out.

I went for a full head color and haircut. Very happy with the result and liked the ambiance and staff. I just removed a star due to a color stain on my white shirt that I can't remove. If not it would have been perfect

Khan cut my hair beautifully. I had a few bad experiences recently and have been avoiding going but am happy to say that after 2 and a half years in Manchester, I have finally found a great hairdresser!

I went to Mai Salon for the first time a few days ago and had a restyling done by Mollie. Absolutely love the result! Service was outstanding, I'll definitely go back!
