Actual hair cut was fine. When I arrived, it took a relatively while for someone to actual come up and tell me to wait on chairs. Waited good few minutes. No one said anything to me e.g. sorry for delay; will be few minutes. Although he did say later and apologised for delay. It was a fairly cold day and salon is pretty cold. I think it doesn't have any heating apart from portable heaters. Slight feel that some things not complete
