I had to wait for 45 minutes for my appointment. When I arrived I was told that there is a 20 min delay which didn’t sound that bad. If I knew I would have to wait for 45 minutes, I would have rescheduled it.

After having a bad hair cut and colour at a different salon, Mai Salon did an amazing job of fixing my hair, they really listened and gave me a beautiful cut and colour!
