I was rather disappointed actually. I'd had hot stone massages before through Treatwell and they'd been much better. It wasn't as nice a sensation as I'd remembered and the rocks kept slipping off this time! Furthermore, it was sold as a 60 minute massage but only lasted 40 minutes.

The massage took place in a treatment room just off the gym area, so you could hear the music from the gym, which wasn't all that relaxing, but I went for a sports massage which I was not expecting to be relaxing anyway. I had a tense left shoulder, which I told the therapist about at the start and asked her to work specifically on that, however I didn't feel she spent enough time working on the shoulder despite me mentioning it a couple of times throughout the treatment. But the rest of my body got a good massage, which was quite nice. The therapist was very nice though and the room had a nice ambience about it, sadly the music from the gym did disrupt it a little.

I will use this again. Very convenient location, 5 mins from Victoria station. It is in the basement of the Plaza hotel. The massage was excellent and the staff friendly.

I have had several massages here and all are very relaxing. I will definately be going again. The place is clean and there is a sauna and steam room too.
