Even though the facility is not what you would expect of a place to get a massage (treatment room next to the gym of the hotel), once in the treatment room, the relaxing music and low light set the mood.
I went for a sport massage for the first time, and didn't know what to expect.. The therapist was very professional. Her hands were firm (but soft skin!) so she worked hard on my muscles.
It was painful at times (which I expected) but I didn't really feel relieved hours/days after... So I think I wouldn't go again for a sport massage but a more relaxing one.
The only bad point is that the one hour massage lasted more 45/50 minutes than the full 60.
Good location (close to Victoria) but it's located within a gym so don't come here expecting a relaxing spa day! Massage was alright although I had better ones at other places. I had to wait long before the massage and was left alone once finished so wasn't really impressed.
I had a wonderfull massage it hurt a little so I know it was good. The room was set up with candles and statues of budda. It smealt lovely and syvia was very good and didnt talk too much which I like.
therapy for you was in the basement of the park plaza in pimlico so all very plush.
would go there again if through wahanda as otherwise quite expensive.
the place is more of a gym,rather than a spa, i have had two massages there and they both have been very good, although the last one only gave a 45 minute massage, instead of an hour massage.
I was rather disappointed actually. I'd had hot stone massages before through Wahanda and they'd been much better. It wasn't as nice a sensation as I'd remembered and the rocks kept slipping off this time! Furthermore, it was sold as a 60 minute massage but only lasted 40 minutes.
