If you are going to spa, dont forget your slippers and bottle of water. Massage wasn't the best, but cant complain, therapist tried to do her best. Money wise its a good deal.

The venue was great, friendly staff, really quiet so a great place to relax. I had a great time swimming and using the steam room. The massage therapist was really friendly and helpful and a great masseuse who worked on all my problem areas. Highly recommend this place!

The massage is not good. The therapist massage on my bone sometimes instead of muscles, which makes m e very uncomfortable. The water in the swimming pool is not clean.

It was a business traveler sort of Holiday Inn, so the facilities were meant to be sleek - they were fine, but needed a bit of upkeep (steam room in particular). But the massage and an hour in the pool/hot tub/steam room/sauna was exactly what I needed for an injured back, and the price couldn't be beat.
