Lovely massage and facial, changing rooms to spa not very clean with hair everywhere. As hotel guest would have been good to have had a robe for using spa and treatment facilities

I went to the Crowne Plaza spa with some friends. I had the hot stones massage, that I highly recommend. The staff was professional and friendly. Good experience.
