You can't better hen package deal than this in london, I'll give it to them. But the pictures just looks so much nicer than it actually is which is a bit misleading, it looks more like a public leisure centre than spa. The sauna and steam room are tiny, its a right squeeze especially if you don't know your neighbour! Loads of kids when we went but i guess it comes with being in a hotel. The treatment rooms are very nice though, looks more high end and the masseuses did an good job. Also never been to a spa where we had to bring our own robes and slippers which was a bit of a nuisance

A fabulous deep tissue massage which was much needed. Thank you! Lovely to have a steam and sauna before and after too. I’ll be coming back for sure x
