I had Hollywood and underarms wax- l felt almost no pain. This is my second time experiencing Hollywood wax and was very scared as the first time I had it done at another place and I was in so much pain I screamed! However, Monika distracted me with pleasant conversation and asked me if I was okay throughout. I am now confident in going back and they have a repeat customer :)
