Worst wax I have had over 10 years getting Hollywoods. The beauty therapist didn’t really talk to me. No towel was given to cover myself after taking off clothes. Pillow was very dirty with stains. She also left a large amount of hair in the anus and perineum area which I went home and shaved. I was uncomfortable in various positions for a long time and didn’t ask if the wax was too hot (which it was) but I felt too uncomfortable to say anything. I understand it was the end of the day but the customer service was very poor. Also hard waxed very large strips which she wasn’t able to pull the wax full off easily as it was left too long to set or was cheap wax. Either way it was very painful.
