The appointment was 20 mins late and then when it got to my turn the person who was infront of me (I think a friend of the technician) came back in and said something in polish about her nails to the lady she then paused my appointment to fix her nails and then carried on with mine. She hurt me with a grinding thing and cut me with the scissors a few times. I tried to be understanding as she mentioned she hadn't had a break. But as a first experience it wasn't great.
