First impressions were not great as I was ignored when I walked in then had to wait a while for the therapist. The facial I received was average, nothing special and actually a bit rough especially towards the end. This is obviously mainly a nail bar. I hadn't realised that until I went in. Sorry but I wouldn't recommend for a facial/massage.
