Really lovely therapist. The least painful wax I’ve ever had. She did small areas at a time and paid attention to all little hairs.

I came to Amy for a Hollywood wax and was not happy with the service and results. From the beginning it was clear she was not equipped to do my wax. She stated ‘my hairs’ were the problem and reason why she was unable to pull the wax, the wax was breaking, and she was causing me such pain. I then asked her to stop, at which point she began to blame the wax saying it was new. She showed no consideration for my situation and demanded full payment for an unfinished service - due to her inabilities
