I paid to have the head stylist for the cut. He was running way behind (he had only just started to apply foils for a colour) so I had to have a Stylist instead with no apology and importantly no refund to reflect the difference in rate.
Appalling service - I will not be going back.
Wonderful experience. Lovely hair stylist. My hair colouring is fantastic and she introduced me to a new colouring treatment. Absolutely love it!
Despite not being able to book my usual stylist online, he very kindly did a swap with the stylist I was scheduled to see. As usual, great cut and finish, excellent value for money.
