Despite having received email confirmation of my appointment, I arrived at the salon for my facial to be told the beautician was in Iran. The hairdresser who told me this was disinterested and unapologetic, and said they would call me to apologise and offer a discount. That was 5 days ago and I’ve heard nothing from the salon, although Treatwell have been responsive. Terribly unreliable, would not recommend at all - they have no interest in customer service

Tsarina was very good and efficient, despite being a little understaffed!
Really good leg wax, facial was amazing and I really will have another. I was a bit hesitant with the cost. Massage could be a bit longer . Overall will be back ! Thank you!!
Amazing wax. All hairs removed and as pain free as a wax can be. I will be going back!
