Very polite and ensured I was happy with what I was having done. Not sure I would go here for a drastic change but for a trim and a blow dry, it served the purpose! Slightly more than I would have liked was taken off, but it will soon grow back!
My treatment was very rushed and wasn’t up to standard considering the amount I paid for it
For anyone worried about going out during the easing of lockdown, you don’t need to worry about coming to Made in Surbiton. All very compliant with the rules and I received a gorgeous haircut.
The Ambience rating should probably be removed from these reviews at the moment as no where has the same ambience as before lockdown. It’s not a fair thing to judge salons on right now.
I went for a totally new style, very short pixie look. Emre was really reassuring that it would suit. In 3 days I’ve had over 30 compliments.... very happy.
