No major problems but my stylist wasn’t very sociable, made it a bit awkward. When she washed my hair, it felt like she was trying to pull it out. She also did not use any heat protection products on my hair before blow drying

Had my roots done by Nahid and a balayage done by Emre here and I must say, they are such a kind and welcoming group of people. They take care and pride in what they do and regardless of time, they want to ensure the treatment is done right, well and as it should be. Highly recommend.
