Had a good experience at ‘made in Surbiton’. Obviously it was a Saturday, so did not expect a quiet shop, but it was a bit all over the place. Switching the order of my treatments twice and I could tell the staff was a bit too busy. Although it was a bit chaotic, I really enjoyed my treatments. Eyebrows are on fleek, nails are fine, hair looks good (bit too much products used) and massage was very very good! Over all a good pamper sesh.

I went here to get my hair clipped off and felt quite nervous about it - I was treated with so much kindness and care, and the skill I observed was second to none. I massively recommend them

The staff were a little rushed as it so busy in the hair salon that day. The wax could have benefited from a little more attention to detail, but was good on the whole.
