Fantastic experience at Made in Surbiton after a rouge first wax elsewhere. Was made to feel very relaxed, the waxing itself was a lot less painful and the beautician Vivi was excellent- very friendly and warm, and made the whole experience 10 times better for me!

The first haircut I had here was absolutely excellent. A very skilled stylist (he didn't speak English, but the manager was happy to translate). The second experience was very mixed. Firstly, there's a big 'cash only' sign when you walk in, not something I was warned about when booking. The colour was good, but the cut was awful; I was genuinely shocked that the hairdresser thought it was finished as the back was wonky and it just sat shapelessly. He tried to tell me that this was what my hair does, weird that I've never had this issue with another hairdresser!
