booked for a £20, showed the details of booking at the beginning. After the cut asked for £30 saying prices have changed, did not bother at all to declare that even during the cut and obtain consent, forcing to visit an ATM to get extra money needed. Wouldn't visit again, not value for money.

The shellac manicure was not good and took a very long time. I also struggled to choose a colour due to the lack of colour sheets and varnishes being piled into lots of different boxes. It was also done in a strange order, with one hand being totally finished before the other hand had even been filed. The polish was not taken right to the ends and chipped two days later. The massage was not relaxing due to a child (belonging to the masseuse/manicurist) outside the door watching loud television programs and shouting. I have also been left aching and sore following the massage. I would not return, this was not a professional or relaxing experience.
