Overall, the atmosphere was lovely and the staff were very friendly. My hairdresser in particular went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. It was also nice to be offered a drink! I wanted quite a simple cut, just a few inches off everywhere, not a change of style. It was at this point that the service unfortunately went downhill, as the hairdresser didn’t notice that one side was about an inch longer than the other. When I pointed this out, she did her best to rectify it, but I again had to point out that the back was uneven. She found it quite difficult to make sure both sides were the same length, and although I eventually came out with a fairly even cut, it took a long time (and a bit extra off the length!) Again, I really appreciate all the hairdresser’s efforts to rectify the situation, but feel that a simple cut shouldn’t have been so difficult.

This is the second time I’ve booked for a wax with Neda and she’s done a brilliant job on both occasions. Really great results, couldn’t recommend more highly.
