Was noisy and gold. massage lacked technique and was stompy but my back felt much better as therapist made a good effort. she was also very attentive which other staff members were not at all. Consolulration consisted of 3 questions and was completed on hair dressing shop floor as therapist was escorting me to the back. gelt really uncomfortable to tell her if i pregnant or not , for example , whilst some other people had their hair done . No privacy and no consultation form or any written record what so ever which is not even legal. I asked strong pressure and focus on my right arm which was not delivered at all. Lash tint did not show much the next day and a member of staff was consistently eating crisp meters from me whilst I had the tint on which was very inconsiderate. Finally , to my surprise, i was told almost with a grim on staff 's face that I cannot pay by card which in my opinion stinks .. then I was given £1 change literally in 5 and 2 pennies which felt very awkward ..

First time visit.Loved the decour. Absolutely loved head massage with hair wash. Very pleased with my hair cut.
